2008 Cave B Viognier

With our first vintage of Viognier we are really starting out with a bang!! This wine truly offer tons and tons of Viognier Character. With beautiful tropical aromas of papaya and pineapple the wine gently eases your nose into floral notes of honeysuckle and rose petals followed by hints of boxwood before finishing with a delicate nuance of freshly sliced key limes. On the palate this complex wine morphs into a variety of fruit flavours. The well balanced range of fruit essence dance across your palate with passion fruit, fresh fig, and honeydew melon taking turns with your taste buds before giving way to the elegant crisp finish of Granny Smith apples.
